The beloved Village Room, which was gifted to the village as a reading room nearly 100 years ago and has been a meeting place for various organisations and social events for the past 50, is getting a much-needed renovation.  Thanks to a generous grant, this non-profit charity registered for the benefit of the community will continue to serve and bring people together for years to come.
